I Cant Download Games On My Galaxy S6 Active

I just got my phone yesterday. I tried to download apps from the play store, and it just keeps saying it'southward downloading. But information technology never starts. I've tried merely doing one at a time, and information technology nevertheless doesn't work. Please help!

Are yous connected to Wi-Fi? Play might exist set to only download/update apps when you're continued to a Wi-Fi network.

I noticed this as well and my WiFi was continued as well as my mobile network. The solution was to plough off Download Booster. It seems to make the apps hang on download. Once I turned it off, it was working once again. I take the Verizon version.

Download booster? Not familiar with this(commencement Samsung). Is this something to accept enabled all the time or not? I don't care for extras that could crusade problems.

Happened to me the showtime time I set up my Milky way S6 - I just stopped the downloads, rebooted and and then tried over again. Worked always since

I'm having the aforementioned problem it but sits there and never starts download booster is off and I've turned it off and on help!!!

Had the same trouble, discovered a specific app was hanging to download in the queue...cancelled the download and it took off, restarted device after and that app was download able.

Had the same problem. Went to play store in application managing director and did force stop, clear cache, and clear data. Then restarted telephone and information technology works fine.

When I got the telephone, it asked if I wanted to sync apps, and I selected a few and said yes. I think one was hanging and preventing others from downloading properly. Doing this should empty the queue and allow you lot start over with downloads.

I've tried checking download booster and it'due south already off, I've restarted it, tried everything everyone has said and mine notwithstanding won't work also. I'm headed to the store this morning. This is annoying for a new phone to have these issues.

Some apps are country specific other apps may be blocked by your ISP if one of these is 1st in the line it may terminate others

force stop google play, reset enshroud, then uninstall updates, reboot telephone.

I found a solution!! after 2 hours of trying, I decided to 'disengage' the update to Google's ap 'Play Store' - which controls the gear up-up of other aps. Also, I had linked other accounts to Google Play - and this as well might have blocked. I hope this helps!

Almost returned my telephone right afterwards getting it. Mine was stuck on some app not installing. Open up Google Play Store, click on the menu (iii dashes) on peak left, then go to "My apps", and run into what'southward being downloaded or installed.

I had to Terminate all "Google Play" related processes in the 'running' apps section. In addition, I did the Stop after choosing "testify cached processes" from top right. So I went dorsum to the "My apps" section and saw the stuck installation disappear.

Proficient luck.

Of all else fails remove your Google accounts then redo them it worked for me

I tried everything and it didn't work for my new S7, but it turned out to be an issue with my router. I did not take the correct DNS settings. I used ii of Google'south public DNS and the phone was able to download apps.

I call back AT&T plays games with downloads in that if I'm not connected to WIFI, simply the wireless network, it won't download apps. I have an unlimited data program. The concluding few times I tried downloading apps information technology just saturday there with the no-progress progess bar. The instant I connect to WIFI, everything suddenly downloads just fine. I bet if I had a limited data program it would work fine. May not exist your issue, but it's a definite pattern on my phone.

Same with my S6, it worked fine on 4G and public servers merely not my home WiFi, and rebooting my router didn't piece of work either. I don't know annihilation virtually DNS settings or whatever but I found an app chosen DNSet and once I downloaded and enabled that everything started working perfectly again. It does something with VPN, whatever that is.
